Tenbury Wells

Brief:

Delivery of part of a 25 acre site for an initial phase of 34 affordable dwellings on the periphery of the Town out of the floodplain and adjacent to the High School. The scheme provides a mix of Social Rented and Shared ownership accommodation which has been delivered following detailed planning negotiations with the Local Authority and other key stakeholders. This was delivered working closely with the Town Council and the County Council to deliver one of the countries few rural exception development sites for 100% affordable housing. The scheme was delivered with a substantial grant from the Homes and Communities Agency to our partner RSL West Mercia Homes
