Crieff
Brief:
A major regeneration project delivering a new 25,000 sq.ft (Net Sales) foodstore on this Town Centre site, re-energising this retail centre and drawing shoppers back to Crieff.
The Town Centre redevelopment will be the economic generator that will relocate Crieff Highland Gatherings to a new purpose built Stadium on the periphery of the Town, which will also provide facilities for the Local Junior Football Club and other sports clubs.
Sainsbury’s were selected as the operator and we have subsequently secured detailed planning consents for the Town Centre site and the relocation site.
